Nessa’s knowledge bombs #8 Stay Relevant

We’ve seen in the last year or so how quickly the industry is changing. More companies and designers are experimenting with AI, and are still seeing companies doing mass layoffs. It’s a tale of two halves on one side. There are some exciting shifts that can really transform the way we work, and there is the other side: a fear of losing your job and finding another one in a very challenging job market.

Even if you are not yet using AI at work start using it and understanding how it can speed up your workflow. Follow and keep an eye on trends and new software that is starting to gain traction. Throughout my career I have seen the shift from photoshop to sketch to now figma.
